By using the Infinite Bot ("Bot"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Bot. These Terms may be updated or modified at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
2.1. License: The Bot is provided as a service for Discord users. Infinite Bot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Bot.
2.2. Age Restriction: You must be at least 13 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Bot. If you are under the age of 13, you may not use the Bot.
2.3. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Bot:
- Violating Discord's Terms of Service.
- Spamming, harassing, or impersonating users.
- Using the Bot for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Bot.
- Disrupting or interfering with the operation of the Bot.
3.1. Data Collection: Infinite Bot may collect and store data to provide its services. We may collect information such as server and user IDs, message content, and usage statistics.
3.2. Data Usage: We will only use data collected for the purpose of providing and improving the Bot's functionality. We will not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
Infinite Bot is provided as-is. We may not always provide support or maintenance and reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Bot at any time. The Bot or its associated sites may be taken offline at anytime without warning, for maintenance.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bot for any reason, without notice, and at our sole discretion. You may also terminate your use of the Bot at any time by discontinuing its use.
The Bot is provided "as is" without any warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Bot will always be available or error-free.
In no event shall Infinite Bot, its creators, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, arising out of the use of the Bot.
We may update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of changes, and your continued use of the Bot after the changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
